The economics are built for an owner-operator, not a private equity spreadsheet. The initial franchise fee is $25,000; the total investment runs $156,500 to $413,500, depending on your space and buildout; and your royalty is 5% of sales, with the first six months waived while you find your feet. Veterans get 10% off the franchise fee. If you'd rather start mobile, there's a trailer unit option too. The model is small on purpose because the businesses that survive are the ones the owner can actually run and understand.

Support & TrainingYou're not figuring this out alone. Before you open, your operating principal and store manager train with us in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and the initial training for two people is included. From there you get the full operations manual, the recipes, the vendor relationships, and a leadership team that actually owns and runs shops, so the guidance you get is the same playbook we run every day. We're available on operations, marketing, and nutrition by phone, email, and video as you grow, and we provide opening assistance to get your first days right. The brand keeps the systems current, so when something improves, it shows up in your store too. And because the first six months of royalty are waived, you've got room to find your footing before the meter starts running.
