Description
NEW PLATFORM OPPORTUNITY The Company is a differentiated mobile windshield replacement and in-house ADAS calibration platform with a proprietary dealership service-lane distribution model. Rather than competing for customers through advertising, online searches or claims-network referrals, the Company reaches drivers while their vehicles are already at a trusted dealership for service. An embedded representative identifies windshield damage, initiates the insurance claim and schedules a mobile replacement. The dealership receives a referral payment and potential parts revenue, the customer receives a convenient insurance-funded service, and the Company acquires a qualified customer without a traditional advertising campaign or retail location. THREE-STATE STATUTORY MARKET Florida, South Carolina and Kentucky represent a uniquely attractive market because qualifying windshield or auto-glass claims are not subject to the policyholder’s ordinary deductible. These rules substantially reduce friction at the point of sale and allow the Company to convert an otherwise latent need into an insurance-funded replacement. Based on each state’s share of the $8.9 billion U.S. windshield-services market, the three-state opportunity is estimated at approximately $880 million: - Florida: approximately $612 million - South Carolina: approximately $145 million - Kentucky: approximately $120 million The Company’s $7.05 million of 2026 run-rate revenue represents approximately 1.2% of the estimated Florida market and less than 1% of the combined three-state opportunity. The market also includes approximately 1,450 franchised dealerships: 953 in Florida, 266 in South Carolina and 229 in Kentucky. The Company currently operates at ten dealership locations plus one multi-brand campus, leaving substantial de novo whitespace. A FUNDAMENTALLY DIFFERENT MODEL Traditional national auto-glass operators primarily capture existing demand through advertising, online search and insurance referrals. The Company creates demand at the point of discovery. A customer brings a vehicle to a dealership for routine service. An embedded representative identifies windshield damage, confirms insurance eligibility and initiates the claim. The Company then completes the replacement and ADAS calibration at the customer’s home or workplace. The dealership is therefore more than a referral source—it is the Company’s customer-acquisition infrastructure. Every new service lane provides access to a captive, recurring population of vehicles without requiring a shop, warehouse, inventory investment or local advertising campaign. COMPELLING DE NOVO ECONOMICS A new dealership location requires approximately $1,800 of startup investment, consisting primarily of three weeks of representative training. It requires no lease, buildout, warehouse or inventory commitment. At approximately ten booked windshields per week, management estimates that a mature location generates: - $3,500 to $4,500 of weekly contribution - $180,000 to $235,000 of annualized contribution - No incremental facility investment The primary distribution costs are the service-lane representative and the per-vehicle payment to the dealership. Installation, glass and calibration costs scale with completed jobs, while claims administration and regional infrastructure are shared across locations. PLATFORM EXPANSION OPPORTUNITY The Company has already expanded its dealership channel from one location in 2016 to ten locations without completing an acquisition or building fixed facilities. Management has identified 25 to 30 additional Florida dealerships, representing only approximately 3% of the state’s franchised dealership base. An existing dealer-group partner has also requested expansion into four newly acquired South Carolina stores. Additional whitespace exists in Jacksonville, where the Company already has installation and calibration capabilities but has not broadly deployed its dealership model.
